I love the outdoors, and spending time with my loyal sidekick Baron, a gorgeous golden retriever.
I have an twelve year background in microscopic photography, taking pictures with many different cameras and microscopes in a research setting.
Eleven years ago, I started working as a photographer for my brother Tom's live event and concert photography company.
Realizing my passion for photography outside of science, I opened Emptage Photography to focus on weddings, families and corporate photography. It was the best decision of my life.

I have spent my entire life loving and learning photography and videography. I studied film in university which increased my knowledge of story telling narrative in film. I am an avid FPV drone pilot, and have spent a lot of time in the last few years developing my skills in this area. I started in the industry by opening a live event and concert photography business, and asked my sister Laura to join my team. Since then, have we have enjoyed working side by side in Emptage Photography.
